FLONT As the third hire of the jewelry rental startup, Flont, I wore many hats. As the marketing, brand (+partnership/influencer) leader, I was charged with first, launch (site creation, development -working in tandem with 3rd party dev company) and post, significant growth goals. Brand awareness, affinity, building brand equity for the JAAS was paramount to meet OKRs. Establishing the brand house (Positioning, values, personality, purpose, brand & content pillars) and along side external data agency, identifying and curating our personas to develop our master narrative and content to filter through multi-funnel, omni channels. The software was purchased by an undisclosed party who due to onset of Covid, decided to cease operations. (No one had reason to rent/wear jewelry because there was no where to go!) Web Assets Membership Card: Tiered membership based on amount member able to rent at one time Gift Cards: We identified a strong market within sales focused roles, organizations to utilizie the gift card as an incentive in addition to men purchasing as gifts for their partners, loved ones.
